1) Scope of Application

These Terms govern sales made in our store and delivery/COD orders. By completing a purchase, the customer accepts these Terms.

2) Definitions

  • Store/We/Us: BLO Carpet & Antiques.

  • Customer/You: The end purchaser.

  • Products: Carpets (handmade and machine-made), antique furniture, and home decor accessories.

  • Courier: "Al-Waseet" or any other carrier engaged by the Store.

  • COD: Cash on Delivery.

3) Products & Inventory

  1. Product specs are shown to the best of our ability. Minor color differences may occur, especially for handmade items.

  2. Many products are unique or limited-edition. Availability is subject to real-time stock.

  3. We may cancel any order if stock runs out or pricing error exists, with notice.

4) Prices & Currency

  1. Prices are in IQD or USD depending on the product.

  2. Prices exclude delivery fees.

  3. Carpet pricing may vary based on size, type, and craftsmanship.

5) Payment Methods

  1. Cash (IQD or USD) in store or upon delivery (COD).

  2. A receipt/invoice is issued upon payment.

6) Delivery & COD

  1. Courier: Al-Waseet (or a comparable alternative).

  2. Delivery fee: varies by destination and product size/weight.

  3. Orders are typically shipped same day and delivered next day.

  4. If delivery fails, the order may be returned. Undelivered COD orders are cancelled.

  5. Upon receiving, delivery is deemed completed unless visible damage is reported immediately.

7) Quality & Manufacturing Defects

  1. The customer should inspect the product at purchase/delivery.

  2. If a manufacturing defect is proven, the Store will provide a like-for-like exchange or equivalent alternative, subject to availability.

8) Exchange & Return Policy

  1. No general exchange or return. Due to the unique nature of carpets and antiques, all sales are final.

  2. Exception – Manufacturing defects only: like-for-like exchange at management's discretion.

  3. No cash refunds under any circumstances.

  4. Invoice is mandatory for any defect claim.

9) Order Cancellation

  1. Before dispatch: cancellation may be requested if not yet shipped.

  2. After delivery: the policy in clause (8) applies.

10) Warranty & Liability

  1. Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects.

  2. Natural variations in handmade carpets are not defects.

  3. We are not liable for damage from improper use, washing, or storage.

  4. Liability is capped at the invoice value.

11) Personal Data

Data is used for orders and after-sales. We do not sell data to third parties.

12) Governing Law

Governed by Iraqi law. Courts of Baghdad have jurisdiction.

13) Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time.
